1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, submitting a service request, approving an estimate, or otherwise using the services of All In One Tires & Auto Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

All In One Tires & Auto Service provides automotive repair, maintenance, and tire services at 996 W Evelyn Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline to perform any service at our discretion
  • Subcontract portions of work to licensed specialists when necessary
  • Update our service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time

All work is performed by trained technicians in accordance with industry standards and California automotive repair regulations.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Scheduling

Appointments requested through our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our staff. Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on workload and complexity of prior jobs.

Cancellations

Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. We understand emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other customers.

4. Estimates & Authorization

Estimate Validity

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after this period due to parts availability and market conditions.

Additional Work

If additional repairs or parts are found to be necessary during the service, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Final charges may differ from the original estimate if:

  • Additional problems are discovered during the repair process
  • Parts prices have changed from the estimate date
  • The actual labor required differs from what was estimated

Electronic Authorization

When you approve an estimate via our email link, you are providing electronic authorization for the described services. This authorization:

  • Constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001)
  • Is equivalent to a written signature authorizing the described work
  • Is recorded with timestamp and IP address for verification purposes

California Automotive Repair Act

In accordance with the California Automotive Repair Act (Business & Professions Code §9884 et seq.):

  • You have the right to a written estimate before any work begins
  • You have the right to authorize or decline any additional work discovered
  • You have the right to receive replaced parts (unless parts are under warranty or must be returned to the manufacturer)
  • You have the right to an itemized invoice upon completion

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Zelle
  • Check (with valid ID)

Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full. A storage fee may apply to vehicles left on premises beyond 24 hours after service completion without prior arrangement.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee plus any applicable bank charges.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Labor Warranty

We stand behind our work. Our standard labor warranty is 90 days or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first) on repairs performed by our technicians, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of service.

Parts Warranty

Parts warranties vary by manufacturer. We will provide you with applicable parts warranty information at the time of service. Warranty claims on parts must be directed to the parts manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Modifications made after our service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work
  • Use of improper fuel, fluids, or materials by the customer

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
  • We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for personal property left in vehicles during service
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your vehicle that are unrelated to the service performed

We carry appropriate business liability and garage keeper's insurance. Vehicles in our care are covered while on our premises.

8. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

Vehicles left on our premises after service is completed are subject to:

  • Storage fees — $25/day for vehicles not retrieved within 3 business days of completion notice
  • Abandonment — Vehicles unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to a lien sale under California law (Civil Code §3068)

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any lien action is taken.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

You may also file a complaint with:

  • California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) — bar.ca.gov or (800) 952-5210
  • Better Business Bureau — bbb.org
  • California Attorney General's Office — oag.ca.gov

Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration under California law, with proceedings conducted in Santa Clara County, California.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
